How effective are bath bombs for mental health?

A Bath Bomb is a small, round ball made with baking soda, citric acid, cocoa butter (or coconut oil), essential oils, and cornstarch. The ingredients are mixed together until they form a dough. That dough is then rolled out into spheres or slabs that are cut into small pieces and dropped into the hot bath water. Once they spend enough time in the tub, these little bombs dissolve and release their special blend of ingredients into the water for your skin to soak up.
